On the PC, Adobe PageMill 2.0 comes with a separate uploader instead of SiteMill and 3.0 has its uploader built-in as if some of SiteMill was integrated into PageMill.
Below is a screen shot of the settings, input your site's name and the host name, then the remote folder is home and the local folder is the location of your site's files on your PC (wherever it is). The authentication is your orbhost account/user name and password. You should check the box "save password" to avoid re-typing it every time:
